DHTX is a different kind of company. I started DHTX to combine the two passions of my life…..real estate and sharing with my community. As a single father with limited time on my hands, I longed to be able to raise my son, fulfill my professional dreams and be surrounded with examples of a life worth living. I find it inspiring to be able to work and live in the same space, to meld my personal and private life into one. By bringing together a growing list of select clients with charitable organizations, many based in Austin, DHTX is not just a top producing Real Estate company. We are also a community based clearing house for ideas, fund raising and volunteering focused on making our city and the world a better place to live. DHTX is proud to be leading the way to a future where work and play and community all come together.
DHTX donates 3% of earnings to local charitable organizations. Why do we do this? It’s simple………because helping those less fortunate, those suffering and in need brings out the best in all of us and in our world. DHTX is Real Estate with a Mission!

· Sustainable resources for living, home construction and renovation
If you would like to select the organization that will receive the proceeds from your transaction from those pre-screened and regularly monitored by DHTX for efficiency and high standards please let me know and I will gladly provide you a current list. Or if you have a preference of an organization or an initiative, please notify me before this transaction closes and I will make the donation in your name. I will even help you find a worthy organization if you don't have one picked out. Together we will make a difference in Austin and the World!
